Events serve as a platform for exchanging ideas, sharing knowledge, and evoking emotions. From large-scale conferences to small group activities, from wedding parties to outdoor carnivals and indoor exhibitions, events play a significant role in our lives.

While practising sustainability at events has become a growing concern worldwide, Hong Kong lags behind many places in this area. People are unaware of the environmental impacts generated by waste production and carbon emissions from events. Addressing these issues is crucial to pave the way for a more sustainable future for future generations.

Established in 2016, Earth Production has a bold ambition to drive sustainable development in Hong Kong. Our mission is to raise awareness, promote understanding, and share knowledge about event sustainability within the city.

The purpose of this policy is to establish a framework for setting sustainable development commitments, which guide our operations and strategies towards event sustainability practices.
